2. Free & Permissible Use

ToolSpot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our utilities for both personal and legitimate commercial workflows (e.g., generating client invoices, compressing business graphics, building marketing campaign links) free of charge.

You agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or distributed crawlers that impose unreasonable server bandwidth strain on our static hosting infrastructure;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security headers and rate limits of our hosting distribution;
• Use any tool to produce, encode, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or abusive materials;
• Resell, white-label, or mirror ToolSpot as a commercial paid service without prior written authorization from ToolSpot management.

3. Informational Disclaimers & Calculation Accuracy

All calculators, converters, and diagnostic utilities available on ToolSpot are provided strictly for convenience and general informational estimation purposes. While our engineering team works diligently to verify mathematical formulas, currency conversion mechanisms, and industry specifications:

• Financial & Tax Tools: Calculations (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax, PayPal fees, Freelance rates, Profit margins) do not constitute formal certified public accounting (CPA), investment, or legal tax advice.
